These items proposed the elimination of specific categories of human condition and discrimination; replacing the guarantee of full participation and representation with the more innocuous wording, “shall strive to ensure” or “commits”; and replaced God’s union of “all persons” through baptism with the un-Reformed language of “all believers” and the removal of the wording “through baptism”.
